The team here communicates really well. I got a text message from the team, giving me a bunch of good information before I even checked in. Love the rims the style and the boutique field of this hotel I highly recommend drinks at the bar if you get a chance. Zero complaints here
We had a great stay at The William, the staff was awesome as we dealt with a blizzard. And the hotel was tremendous and our room was great. We definitely recommend this for a visit to NYC!
Loved this little gem! The library rooms are adorable and the staff went out of their way to give a warm welcome. I like that they communicate updates and room info via whatsapp to make it seamless. I was also blown away by the size of my room. NYC rooms are typically very small, but mine was quite large with a seating area and kitchenette. Great central location too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The William Hotel. We celebrated a birthday and the staff was more than accommodating for our needs. They responded to every email, eased my very stressed mind, and decorated the room so beautifully for the surprise. Lilandra and Keke were outstanding! These women provided a phenomenal service and I will definitely be back!
You can bet that I will never forget the William Hotel. From the staff to the room, to the food everything was excellent. They made my 70th birthday celebration unforgettable. It is not a large hotel which made it so special. Every day I received housekeeping services and when I needed something they made it possible and if not they were very helpful in telling me where we could get it. In other words they went above and beyond what I expected in a hotel.
